Service Deliverables

What you receive with every engineering request

Every submission returns four documents a site engineer can drop straight into a method statement or permit file. Reports are signed, dated and stamped with the responsible engineer's ID.

  1. 01

    Wind-load report — EN 12811-1

Per-panel pressure coefficient calculation for your site’s wind zone, terrain category and shielding. Includes basic wind speed, gust factor and the resulting overturning moment. Each report references the panel’s traceable heat number.

    • Format: PDF + signed DWG cover sheet
    • Delivery: within 24h on standard submissions
  2. 02

    Ballast calculation schedule

Concrete block or kentledge quantity per 2.5 m bay, factoring in your exposed height, mesh fill ratio and ground bearing capacity. Ready to copy into a bill of quantities.

    • Format: PDF + editable XLS
    • Optional: steel baseplate alternative
  3. 03

    CAD drawing pack

Plan, elevation and isometric DWG files showing panel layout, ZaborLock coupler positions, gate openings and pedestrian corridors. Drawn in your company’s title block on request.

    • Format: DWG + PDF set
    • Revisions: two rounds included free
  4. 04

    Installation method statement

Sequenced lift plan, PPE schedule and crew composition for your specific site. Aligned with our in-house installation crews in 9 countries — or yours, if you self-install.

    • Format: PDF (signed)
    • Add-on: RAMS available on request

Standards & Software

Calculated to EN 12811-1. Galvanized to ISO 1461. Auditable by name.

Every engineering pack is produced by one of 14 chartered structural engineers in our Łódź head office. We do not subcontract the math, and every report carries the responsible engineer’s signature and registration number.

  • EN 12811-1 temporary works calculations

Wind-zone derivation, pressure coefficients, stability checks against overturning, sliding and uplift. Valid for site audit across all 14 countries we ship to.

  • ISO 1461 hot-dip galvanizing traceability

Every panel ships with its heat number, bath date and zinc-coating thickness reading. Spec sheets include the audited batch certificate from the galvanizer.

  • Free ZaborCalc wind-load & ballast software

Self-serve pre-checks for tenders. Output matches our full report line-by-line, so the engineer who signs it off only has to verify, not re-calculate. 11,600+ downloads to date.
